• If we made a mistake or an item arrived damaged or defective, please call us at 903-503-5737 within 15 days of receipt. We will do our best rectify the error with a refund, credit, or replacement.
• If you ordered the incorrect item or need to return an item for any other reason, Contact Hardt 2 Heart Consulting LLC. for resolutions that could result in the following, refunds, replacement, or account credit.
The return policy is as follows:
• Contact us by calling 903-503-5737 or emailing us @ lhadt@hardt2heartllc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.
• The RMA must be obtained within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Return shipments must arrive at our facility within 30 days of issuing the RMA.
• Returned items Shall and MUST be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. *** Electrodes and batteries that have been opened and/or installed will not be accepted. ***
• Shipping and Insurance on returned items are to be prepaid by customer. Hardt 2 Heart Consulting LLC. IS NOT responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking fee:
• Any item returned outside the above guidelines will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or in some cases refused and returned to customer.
• AED program management, Training, Special Order Items, and other Services are non-refundable.
Refunds are not and shall not be accepted on used and refurbished items. These items are sold as is.
If an issue is found with a used or refurnished item please contact Hardt 2 Heart Consulting LLC for trouble shooting and tech support issues.
