AED inspection and maintenance

Each unit will be given an inspection tag for the year. (This will assist with accountability, monthly reminders, and logging monthly inspections.)

Each AED Unit will be issued it's own file, the S/N, make, model, location, address, the expiration date of pads, batteries, etc. and all services provided will be recorded.

At the end of the inspection, you'll receive a copy of the documents for your records. Hardt 2 Hardt will retain a copy as well in the event of a lost or damaged document, future supply needs reference, and or state audit.

Monthly & Yearly Inspections

Also, on behalf of your organization, Hardt 2 Heart will contact your local EMS services and your local you local 911 dispatch center to advise or update each unit(s) and its location at that campus. (This assists you and your organization in being compliant with Texas Health and Safety Code Title 9. Safety Subtitle B Emergencies. Chapter 779. Sec.005)
